- Your arrival point, pickup location, and whether you would like help with road or flight arrangements.
- The wildlife, experiences or special interests you would like to include.

After you send your enquiry
- We reply by email, and ask about anything we still need to know, such as your dates or the kind of camp you want.
- We send you a quote, prepared with one of our authorised tour operator partners, that sets out what is included and what is not.
- If you want to go ahead, the tour operator confirms the itinerary, the price and its booking terms in writing before you pay anything, and you pay the tour operator.
- The tour operator plans and runs your safari. You can still contact us by email with questions before you travel.
