OUR INFORMATION

How should you use the information on this website?

The information on our pages is general travel information to help you plan a Maasai Mara safari. We check our facts with the bodies that set them, such as Narok County, the Mara Conservancy, airlines and the Kenyan government, but fees, flight schedules, road conditions and park rules change. Before you pay for something or travel, confirm the details with us if we are arranging your trip, or with the organisation concerned, such as the airline, the camp or the body that sells park tickets.

ENQUIRIES

What happens when you send an enquiry?

Sending an enquiry through our contact form or by email does not create a booking or commit you to anything. We quote and book safaris through our authorised tour operator partners. If you go ahead, you pay the tour operator, who plans and runs your safari, and the details, price and terms of your booking are agreed with you in writing before you pay anything.

FAIR USE

What may you not do on this website?

COPYRIGHT

Who owns the content?

The text, tables and design of this website belong to MaasaiMara.ke. Photos are our own or are used under licences that allow us to use them. You may share links to our pages freely.

OTHER WEBSITES

What about links to other websites?

Some of our pages link to other websites where you need to act, such as the official eTA application site or the park ticket portal. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

LIABILITY

What is our responsibility?

We work to keep our information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. As far as Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on information on this website without confirming it with the organisation concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

CORRECTIONS

What if something on our pages is wrong?

If you find a fee, a schedule or another detail on our pages that is out of date, email contact@maasaimara.ke and tell us the page and what has changed. We check it with the body that sets it and correct the page. You can also send us questions through our contact form.

LAW AND CHANGES

Which law applies, and can these terms of use change?

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya deal with any dispute about them. We may update these terms when the website or our services change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest update, and the terms in force are the ones on this page when you use the website.
