What information do we collect?
Enquiries
Your name, email, phone (optional), subject and message when you use our contact form or email us, plus any travel details you choose to share.
Website use
Pages you visit, your device and browser, approximate location and how you found us, collected by Google Analytics using cookies.
Security
Technical data such as your IP address, used by Google reCAPTCHA on our forms and by our security tools to block spam and attacks.
How do we use your personal information?
- To reply to the questions and enquiries you send by email or through our contact form, and to plan any trip you ask us to help with.
- To run the website, understand how it is used and improve our pages and services.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam, fraud and attacks.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We use your information because you asked us to, for example by sending an enquiry; to take steps you request before a booking; to keep the website secure and understand how it is used; or where the law requires it.
Who do we share it with?
- Service providers that run this website and our email, and Google, which provides Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA.
- Our tour operator partners, who quote, plan and run the safaris booked through us, when you ask us for a quote or a booking, and only the details they need.
- Travel suppliers, such as camps, lodges, airlines and transfer companies, only when you ask us to arrange something with them and only the details they need.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of our service providers, including Google, may process information outside Kenya.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and arrange any trip you ask for, and as long as the law requires for our records. Website-use data is kept in Google Analytics under its retention settings.
How do we use cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Google reCAPTCHA uses cookies on our forms to tell people from spam bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the spam protection on our forms, may then not work.

This website is meant for adults planning travel and is not aimed at children. We will update this privacy policy when the way we handle personal information changes, and the date at the top of the page shows the latest update. Our terms of use cover the rest of how you may use this website.
