Families and young children are accommodated under room-specific terms. Accepted rooming, beds and prices depend on each child’s age and the adult count. No numeric reduction or free stay is established. Adults supervise children at the pool, on paths and around wildlife. Accommodation admission does not establish activity eligibility.
Accessibility
A complete adapted-room or step-free specification is not established. Individual accessibility depends on the allocated room approach, steps, paths, bathroom layout, dining access and vehicle boarding.
Rates & booking
Booking requires a non-refundable 25% deposit within 14 days after confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival in low season or 60 days before arrival in mid or high season. The selected season determines the payment deadline. Cancellation at 60 days before arrival receives a 65% refund of the total invoice; at 45 days, 45%; at 30 days, 25%. Below 30 days there is no refund and 100% cancellation fees apply. Accommodation Only and All-Inclusive Safari are distinct services. Cottage or tent, dates, accepted occupants, meals, taxes, compulsory charges, airstrip-transfer eligibility and minimum stay determine the selected arrangement. Our private safaris include dedicated vehicles and guiding with scheduled compulsory charges.
