Olmarei House provides an exclusive-use safari home at Naretoi, beside the Mara River in the northern ecosystem. En-suite main-house bedrooms and separate cottages share living and dining space, a swimming pool and riverside deck. Its full-board package includes local drinks, laundry, statutory taxes and Ngerende airstrip transfers. Conservancy outings identify Enonkishu, Ol Chorro and Lemek; their programme does not grant unrestricted access elsewhere. Olmarei has en-suite main-house bedrooms and two separate cottages, with common living and dining space. Bedroom allocation depends on the actual adults, children’s ages, privacy and mobility needs. The property photograph shows its swimming pool and river deck; the three wildlife and vehicle photographs show wider Mara context. Ordinary power, drinking water and housekeeping are available.

Naretoi is a private-home estate in the northern Mara ecosystem. The named Olmarei example is on the Mara River within that estate. Its included wildlife programme identifies Enonkishu, Ol Chorro and Lemek conservancies; that does not put every house inside the Reserve or grant unrestricted access to other conservancies. Exact house location and authorised routes belong to the selected booking.

Gate & airstrip access

The selected Olmarei package includes Ngerende airstrip transfers. Other landing points, charter connections and transport products have their own arrangements. Arrival meals and the final house entrance depend on the selected connection; no fixed road duration or nearest-airstrip distance is established.

Families & children

Olmarei House’s 2026 terms welcome children of all ages. Admission and rooming at other Naretoi homes are separate. Children do not replace the six-adult minimum; child charges depend on age and the selected arrangement. Adults supervise children at the pool, elevated decks and river edge. Off-site activities have separate eligibility and wildlife-safety arrangements.

Accessibility

Bedroom choice, cottage paths, the pool deck, bathrooms and safari-vehicle boarding affect individual mobility needs. Some rooms suit limited mobility better than others; a whole-estate step-free specification is not established.

Rates & booking

Olmarei House has a six-adult minimum and a minimum three-night stay. The conservancy charge is USD 150.00 per adult per night in addition to the whole-house amount; children do not replace the six-adult minimum. The six-adult house-night total is USD 7,640.00 before other extras. A non-refundable 20% deposit applies, with the balance due 46 days before arrival. Cancellation 45–31 days before arrival costs 50%; 30 days or less costs 100%. Comprehensive travel insurance is required. Dedicated transport, guiding and scheduled compulsory charges form our complete private safari arrangement.
