The grounds include a green-roof building with a covered entrance and walkway; open tent views face the same compound. The selected tent determines the sleeping and bathroom arrangement. Village homestays and mobile bush camping are separate accommodation styles. Ordinary power, drinking water and housekeeping are available.

Gate & airstrip access

The permanent camp is in Sekenani. Road arrivals use the camp entrance; village homestays and mobile Reserve camping have separate arrival arrangements. A fly-in stay combines a Mara airstrip arrival with a separately arranged ground transfer, additional to ordinary camp accommodation.

Semadep’s permanent-camp stay is separate from Ewangan village accommodation, mobile bush camping and safari itineraries. Sleeping and bathroom arrangements, included meals and services, taxes and compulsory charges depend on the selected stay. Dates, occupancy, minimum-stay conditions, deposit, payment deadlines and cancellation terms are booking-specific. Accommodation Only covers the camp stay and its included services. An All-Inclusive Safari combines those camp costs with dedicated guiding and authorised transport for the travelling party, including scheduled compulsory Reserve and selected-property charges. MaasaiMara.ke quotes and books through authorised tour operator partners; the client pays the operator that plans and fulfils the safari.
