Travel with compact soft-sided bags and provide approximate luggage weights before the charter is confirmed. Yellow Wings ticket and charter conditions
A charter quote should state the operating aircraft, passenger basis, flying sectors, positioning, waiting arrangements and applicable charges. Changes to the party, route or baggage can alter the cost. Regional flights require immigration and customs arrangements at approved points, including when the onward destination is another safari camp.
Yellow Wings also advertises corporate travel, aerial filming and photography. These specialist services have different planning requirements from a camp transfer. A scenic detour or aerial photography mission should be expressly included in the request, with any permissions and extra flight time priced separately.
