The published tariff accepts children, including the youngest children, with age-specific charges and room arrangements. Provide every child’s age and the proposed sleeping arrangement; no child price, free-stay promise or family discount is included in the ordinary two-adult starting amount. Five double or twin tents and two family tents offer different layouts, and parts of the camp have been refurbished. Guided walks, running and balloon flights require their own age, fitness and safety approval. Parents remain responsible for supervision in an unfenced wildlife setting.

Tent entrances, outdoor paths and vehicle boarding need assessment against the individual traveller’s requirements. An adapted bathroom or fully step-free route has not been verified.

The ordinary camp programme uses shared drives. The supplier includes exclusive use of a vehicle for groups of four or more; this is not applied to the two-adult base. A dedicated private or photographic vehicle can be separately quoted. Our All-Inclusive Safari quote specifies private guiding and transport for your party and includes the scheduled compulsory access charges. Accommodation Only retains the booked camp service basis. Comprehensive travel and holiday insurance is required before the booking deposit. Payment, cancellation, arrival and departure arrangements follow the written booking terms.
