These describe suitability and pricing, not an automatic right to an allocated bed for every age. Eligibility and allocation for six- or seven-year-olds require specific agreement for all ages before booking. Family Suites use interleading rooms with the stated family capacity. Parents supervise wildlife-area movement and water; after-dark staff escorts apply. Published childminding has its own evening period and is separate from continuous parental responsibility. No free-child allowance is established.

Mobility suitability depends on the allocated room, bathroom, deck, paths, shared spaces and vehicle boarding. A general accessible facility listing does not establish a particular adapted suite allocation.

Rack terms require thirty-percent deposit and balance eight weeks before arrival. Cancellation: more than ninety-one days, no charge; ninety to forty-six days, twenty percent; forty-five to twenty-one days, fifty percent; within twenty-one days, full charge. The published schedule does not establish a refund rule for any unlisted gap day.
