Children are welcomed from six years of age. Ordinary-suite child sharing and the Jahazi family arrangement have separate occupancy terms, and older children can require their own suite. Families on ordinary-suite bookings may share a safari vehicle with other guests unless an exclusive vehicle is booked. Activities remain subject to age, ability and guide safety decisions. The camp is unfenced and beside a river, so children require adult supervision and everyone follows staff escort instructions. No childcare facility is claimed.

Raised decks connect suites with communal areas, but steps remain at the entrance and arrival bridge. Describe mobility needs, bathroom access and safari-vehicle boarding requirements before room allocation. No blanket step-free or fully wheelchair-accessible promise is made.

The ordinary suite basis includes shared guiding. A private vehicle and guide must be booked separately; Jahazi has its own exclusive-use terms. Our complete private safari quote specifies dedicated guiding and authorised transport, with all scheduled compulsory charges included. Eligible flight inclusion requires a minimum two-night stay and agreed routing. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is a supplier booking condition. Deposit, cancellation and balance terms are set out in the written quote before confirmation.
