Mara Crossings Camp has en-suite canvas accommodation, private verandas and communal lounge and dining spaces in the Musiara area of the National Reserve. Luxury Tents and Family Suites are separate products, with beds, furnishings and veranda outlook varying by allocation. The adult-sharing price uses a requested full-board tent basis; the actual meal allowance is product-specific. Wildlife drives, Reserve entry and transport are separate. The setting

In the Musiara area of the National Reserve, with tented accommodation and riverfront suites. Reserve entry and the wildlife programme form separate itinerary components. The Nairobi postal address is an office contact, rather than the safari camp location.

Gate & airstrip access

Road arrival depends on the camp entrance, route, arrival time and vehicle. A fly-in stay involves the selected Mara airstrip and a separate transfer. No shortest-airstrip distance or fixed transfer time is established.

Families & children

Family Suites offer multiple beds, an en-suite bathroom and connected areas, with the overview describing two adults and two children. Admission, occupancy and child prices depend on actual ages and beds. No universal minimum age, child discount or babysitting entitlement is established. Adults must supervise children on verandas, outdoor paths and near the river. Staff safety guidance applies after dark; walks and balloon flights require separate provider safety approval.

Accessibility

Individual accessibility depends on the tent entrance, veranda, bathroom, outdoor paths, dining route, assistance and safari vehicle boarding. Canvas accommodation with a veranda does not establish whole-camp step-free access or a blanket wheelchair-access specification.

Rates & booking

The price reference covers requested accommodation and three daily meals for two adults sharing, subject to the camp’s actual product. A ground safari package is separate. General camp terms require availability and a valid card or advance payment for a reservation; deposits may be non-refundable unless the selected booking states otherwise. Full payment is normally due at check-in unless pre-arranged. Published cancellation bands leave some intervals unclear, and complete conditions are selected-rate specific. Our complete private safaris include dedicated guiding, authorised transport and scheduled compulsory Reserve and selected-property charges.
