Families & children
Entim Main accepts children above eight years old and has no child-minding facilities. Children below eight are not accepted. A child aged exactly eight requires written acceptance for Entim Main before payment. Room occupancy and bedding depend on the child’s age at travel and the accepted arrangement. Parents or guardians supervise around the river, decks and wildlife and follow staff escort instructions; activities have separate age and safety conditions.
Accessibility
The camp is not ideal for guests with limited mobility: tent steps, paths, bathroom and dining access, and safari-vehicle boarding affect movement. CPAP support is listed, with a personal battery recommended and device-specific power arrangements needed. Safaricom coverage is intermittent.
Rates & booking
Entim Main’s full-board stay and ground package are different products: shared drives and airstrip transfers belong to the ground package. Group terms require full payment 35 days before arrival, with a confirmation voucher after full payment. Cancellation charges are 20% at 40–35 days, 50% at 34–15 days and 100% at 14 days or no-show. Deposit conditions are separate from the published cancellation schedule. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended from deposit payment. Complete private safaris specify dedicated transport, guiding and scheduled compulsory charges; payment goes to the tour operator responsible for the safari.
