Birdwatching along the stream complements wildlife drives at Kicheche Mara North. Standard tents have private outdoor sitting areas, fans and charging points, while the family suite connects two en-suite bedrooms through a private lounge and includes its own vehicle. The setting

In Mara North Conservancy, above the Olare Orok stream in an acacia valley in the Greater Maasai Mara. The camp is outside the National Reserve. Wildlife moves through the unfenced grounds; conservancy access and National Reserve entry are different arrangements.

Gate & airstrip access

Mara North Airstrip is the designated arrival point, with transfers included in the ordinary camp package. Flights are extra. Road arrival and any National Reserve visit follow the actual itinerary.

Families & children

Family bookings have separate child and young-adult tariff bands. Families with children under seven require an exclusive vehicle; children under sixteen cannot join guided walks. The family suite uses a separate whole-unit tariff. Child ages, adult occupancy and sleeping arrangements determine the relevant category and rate. Parents are responsible for supervision in the unfenced camp.

Accessibility

Mobility arrangements depend on outdoor paths, tent thresholds, bathroom access and safari-vehicle boarding. These are assessed for the selected accommodation and the traveller’s assistance needs.

Rates & booking

Standard-tent drives are shared. Families with children under seven require an exclusive vehicle. The family suite has a separate whole-unit tariff and a guaranteed exclusive vehicle. The minimum stay is two nights. A non-refundable deposit, final-payment deadline and cancellation charges apply. Comprehensive travel, medical and emergency-evacuation cover are required. Our All-Inclusive Safari includes dedicated transport and guiding for the travelling party and scheduled compulsory charges; Accommodation Only retains the booked camp service basis.
