Good to know

Families & children

Children of all ages are welcome. Children below five sharing with adults stay free under the accommodation conditions; additional services and activities can still carry charges. The family tent uses a separate whole-unit tariff for the actual adults, children and sleeping arrangement. Guided walking safaris are restricted to guests aged eighteen and over. Warriors Academy activities require advance booking, and parents or guardians remain responsible for their children.

Accessibility

The family tent occupies flat ground and is the operator’s recommended option for guests with limited mobility. Bathroom access, paths to the main area and vehicle boarding still affect suitability; flat ground alone does not provide an adapted bathroom or a fully step-free camp.

Rates & booking

Ordinary camp drives are shared; exclusive vehicles and guides cost extra. Complete private safaris provide dedicated transport and guiding with scheduled compulsory charges, while Accommodation Only retains the camp product. High-season bookings have a two-night minimum. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance and emergency evacuation coverage are required. Temporary evacuation membership is an additional charge. Camp bookings carry deposit, balance and cancellation conditions; transport and optional experiences can have separate third-party terms.
